Welcome to Floor 13, a unique, urban event space located in historic Pioneer Square, Seattle.

Floor 13 was conceived as a private showroom for Codor Design, and is adorned with rotating pieces from our interiors collection. The space has expanded to serve as a gallery for design and art exhibits, as well as a unique venue for sundry events. Featuring a combination of downtown loft elements and accents of the wild and whimsical, Floor 13 has evolved to become an artistic backdrop for private functions.

Our spacious floor plan accommodates a variety of events, from holiday parties and receptions to luncheons and small corporate gatherings. Codor Design is dedicated to hosting a range of cultural events.
